ANOMALITH’s latest update is available on Steam, fixing a bug that could block progression during item transfers through the Portal and adding new customization controls. The patch also adjusts loading processes during map transitions and retries.
The progression fix addresses certain player actions performed while transferring items through the Portal, as detailed in the official Steam announcement. It is the most consequential change in the notes: unlike the menu additions, it tackles a bug that could prevent players from advancing.
In the Customization menu, a new Unequip button supports gun attachments and Artifacts. Artifact information has also been added to the Sell and Storage screens, putting those details alongside the places where players manage those items.
Combat gets adjustments too, with balance changes for Cyclops, Hanging Head and Igarami. The announcement does not specify whether those enemies have become tougher or easier, so these should not be read as blanket difficulty reductions.
The update arrives with a frank acknowledgment that unresolved issues remain and that ANOMALITH has not yet reached a level of stability that lets everyone play with confidence. The stated priority is to keep resolving those problems while making control and quality-of-life improvements informed by feedback from social media and other channels.
