OneXPlayer has announced the Super X Pro, a compact 2-in-1 built around AMD’s Ryzen AI MAX+ 495 chip. According to Wccftech, OneXPlayer calls it the first 2-in-1 to use that processor—and the hardware surrounding it is every bit as aggressive as that claim suggests.
The Super X Pro will be configurable with up to 192GB of unified memory, Wccftech reports, with as much as 160GB directly allocable to the GPU as VRAM. OneXPlayer says that memory operates at 8,533 MT/s and supplies up to 273GB/s of bandwidth. The system uses Radeon 8065S integrated graphics, making its unusually large, adjustable memory pool one of the most interesting parts of the design.
Storage options include a full-size M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 SSD and a Mini SSD expansion solution co-developed with BIWIN, according to the report. That combination gives the compact machine two storage routes rather than restricting it to a single internal format.
Cooling is similarly unconventional. Wccftech says the Super X Pro supports standard air cooling alongside OneXPlayer’s external Frost Bay liquid-cooling solution, which attaches directly to the PC and enables performance of up to 120W. Frost Bay will be sold separately, so reaching that upper figure requires an additional accessory rather than the base 2-in-1 alone.
The display is a 2.8K AMOLED panel with a 2880-by-1800 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, plus HDR and VRR support. Wccftech also lists an 85.58Wh battery and a bundled 240W GaN charger. Taken together, the specifications position the Super X Pro less like a conventional convertible and more like a compact high-power PC that happens to use a 2-in-1 form factor.
