Apex Legends has three fresh technical problems on its radar during Split Two launch week. The team says it is tracking the known bugs and working to resolve them, with Alter’s portal, Broken Moon geometry, and player settings all affected.
The Alter issue can send players to an incorrect location after they enter a portal. That makes the bug more than a visual hiccup: players using the portal cannot necessarily count on arriving where intended, adding an unwelcome variable to its use.
Broken Moon has a separate collision problem. Players can clip through the ground of some structures on the map, potentially making those areas unreliable until the issue is fixed.
The third bug may be immediately noticeable when loading the game. Settings may reset when the game starts for some players.
The update follows A90sKid’s earlier coverage of Apex Legends’ Split Two, which is now in its launch week. That timing puts extra weight on problems involving map collision and portal placement, while the settings reset could create repeated friction at startup.
The Apex Legends team is tracking all three issues and working on fixes, though no timing has been announced yet.
