Anime Shop Simulator has announced its 1.0.6 Visual update, pairing a broad presentation pass with several fixes for its Restocker. The visual changes are intended to make the game’s overall appearance cleaner, more polished, and more consistent.
The announcement does not break that work down into specific assets or areas, so this is best understood as an overall visual refinement rather than a documented redesign. A release date for version 1.0.6 was not stated in the announcement.
The more concrete changes concern how the Restocker handles boxes around displays. When a display had no free space, the Restocker could previously leave a box beside the stand. Version 1.0.6 fixes that behaviour, preventing those boxes from being abandoned there.
Another fix stops the Restocker from leaving boxes underneath displays. That was more than a cosmetic annoyance: a box in that position could make the affected display difficult for players to interact with. Together, the two changes should reduce unwanted box clutter around stands and remove one source of obstructed interaction.
The update also addresses a conflict caused when the player and Restocker attempted to interact with the same box simultaneously. The announcement confirms that the conflict has been fixed, although it does not detail how the game now decides which interaction takes priority.
What stands out here is the split between visible polish and practical shop-floor cleanup. Version 1.0.6 aims to improve presentation while correcting Restocker behaviour that could interfere with routine display management. The developers also plan to continue making smaller visual adjustments in response to player feedback, so the announced visual pass is not necessarily the end of that work.
