007 First Light Update Revealed in New Announcement

IO Interactive has released a free Starter Pack for 007 First Light, available now on Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam. The official announcement confirms that the pack lets players experience the game’s opening mission in Iceland at no cost.

For a glimpse of Bond’s assignments, Metacritic’s description, relayed by Pure Xbox, says “Against All Odds” tasks him with investigating a compromised MI6 drop and tracking down a missing science team.

PlayStation players will get the free Starter Pack on November 10. IO Interactive also confirms that progress made in the Starter Pack or timed trial will carry over to the full game when purchased, so players who decide to continue won’t have to leave that progress behind.
