Warhammer Survivors will launch for PlayStation 5 on November 10, with wishlisting and pre-orders available now. PlayStation Plus members can also claim a 10% pre-order discount.
The release-date announcement brings two more playable characters into focus: Morvenn Vahl and Lyssa Revenya. They join a roster of more than 40 champions drawn from both the Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar universes.
Morvenn Vahl is a larger character who enters battle in a Paragon Warsuit. Her Heavy Bolter Fidelis fires projectiles in an arc and can trigger a miracle that increases its rate of fire. The weapon can evolve into the Purgator Mirabilis, adding the Paragon Missile Launcher and its intermittent explosions across the battlefield. That combination points to a character built around broad projectile coverage and periodic bursts of heavier damage.
Lyssa Revenya takes a more disruptive approach with the Rope and Grapnel. It sends hooks from random edges of the screen, damaging enemies and dragging away survivors. Once evolved, the weapon summons the Ghost of Rhea—a banshee that travels across the battlefield before exploding into a damaging cloud of ghostly fog.
The interesting distinction between the two reveals is mechanical rather than merely visual: Morvenn Vahl brings sustained gunfire and missile explosions, while Lyssa’s equipment attacks from unpredictable directions before graduating to a battlefield-crossing spectral blast. With the PS5 release now dated, the immediate next step is straightforward: pre-orders are open ahead of the November 10 launch.
