Total War: Warhammer 2 is releasing on September 28th, just four weeks away. Developer Creative Assembly has now unveiled the PC specifications for the game so if you’re planning to pick it up you’ll want to check this out.

The developer has done everything they can to ensure the game will be “playable on a wide range of PC systems”. In addition to this, they’ve also released the specs required for that “gold-standard of 60FPS”.

PC Recommended Specifications:

Expect 45-55 FPS on the campaign map and in 1v1, 20 units vs 20 units battles. The default graphics can be set to “High” and will run at 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Expect 25 – 35 FPS on the campaign map and in 1v1, 20 units vs 20 units battles. The default graphics will be set to “Low” with 1280 x 720 resolution

For 60 FPS+ on the campaign map and in 1v1, 20 units vs 20 units battles. Default graphics will be set to “Ultra” then and will run at 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Creative Assembly notes at the end of the blog post that all of these estimations are based on fresh systems. They also based their estimations on computers which are not running any other major software or background operations.
