The PC Gamer show returns once again to E3 and this year there’s a lot to get through so stay tuned!

X-Com 2

A nice section of the show was dedicated to looking at the new expansion for the amazing turn-based strategy game, X-Com 2. This new expansion is apparently “easily twice the size of the last expansion” so there should be plenty of players to sink their teeth into. Quite a few new things will be coming with this new expansion and it will be releasing on August 29th this year.

Ooblets

We didn’t hear too many details about this game but it certainly looks very interesting!

Battletech

This turn-based tactical game is set in the Battletech universe and features several different gamemodes including a main campaign. Anyone interested in this game can become a backer on the official website.

Mount & Blade II Bannerlord

Total War: Warhammer II

The Battle of the Fallen Gates campaign was the star of this new gameplay video however, the developers also confirmed that a free update will be coming to the game in the future. This free update will be bringing a special combined map to the game. Warhammer II will be releasing on September 28th this year.

Shadowverse

Intel

Intel made several announcements however, these were all covered in the Intel press conference.

Tunic

Playerunknowns Battlegrounds

The developers of PUBG took to the stage for a short while to talk a little bit about their plans for the future. They showed a short video of the new climbing and vaulting animations along with a brief clip of a new gun. Two maps will be coming to the game in addition to a replay system with a free camera. Modding has also been confirmed.

Killing Floor 2

Forza Motorsport 7

No new footage of the game was shown but Microsoft did confirm that there are over 700 cars in the game. In addition to this, all USB controllers will work with the game including a rockband guitar.

Sea of Thieves & The Last Night

No new details on these games were released but viewers were reminded that Sea of Thieves is currently in the middle of a technical Alpha which includes PC.

Ylands

A gameplay reveal for Bohemia Interactive’s new game, Ylands was revealed during the conference. This survival sandbox game features both solo and multiplayer content in addition to an editor that allows players to create their own adventures.

Klei Entertainment

Klei Entertainments new game has been officially announced. Griftlands will be coming in late 2017/early 2018.

Lawbreakers

It’s official, LawBreakers has a release date! The game will be launching on August 8th and will cost $29.99.

WarGroove

The new game from Chucklefish is WarGroove and a gameplay demo for it was shown off at E3. The game features 12 campaigns and a campaign editor so players can create an endless amount of content. In addition to this, it supports local and online multiplayer.

Middle Earth: Shadow of War

A new cinematic trailer for the upcoming game was shown at the event. It shows a little bit more of the game which should be interesting to fans of the first game however, it doesn’t reveal that much more information. Shadow of War will be releasing on October 10th.

Age of Empires: Definitive Edition

Microsoft is celebrating the 20th anniversary year of Age of Empires by releasing a remastered version of the original game. This game has been updated to 4K graphics and comes with improved gameplay. However, we don’t know anything about this gameplay just yet. A release date has not been provided but a beta is coming.
