O’Dell Harmon Jr. and Kristen Zitani discussed games

O’Dell Harmon Jr. and Kristen Zitani discussed their recently completed games, current gaming adventures, and listener letters in the latest Official PlayStation Podcast update.

The program also handed the microphone to Jim and Gillen for an interview with Fuse Games co-founder Matt Webster and creative director Kieran Crimmins. Their conversation focused on the recent launch of Star Wars: Galactic Racer, with pod racing and vampires also entering the discussion.

That combination gives the episode a wider scope than a straightforward developer interview. Webster and Crimmins provide the launch-focused segment, while Harmon and Zitani cover what they have been playing and bring the community into the conversation through listener mail.

The accompanying PlayStation 5 release calendar points to a busy stretch beginning October 13, when Valor Mortis and Planet Zoo 2 are listed to arrive. Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2, The Witch’s Bakery, and Ratatan follow on October 14, while Bluey’s Happy Snaps and Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse are scheduled for October 15.

The accompanying PlayStation 5 release listing also includes two previously announced releases coming later. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is set to launch October 23 with the returning DMZ extraction mode, while Warhammer Survivors is scheduled for November 10 and includes characters such as Morvenn Vahl. Between the Fuse Games interview and that compact PS5 calendar, the episode serves as both a post-launch conversation and a useful rundown of what PlayStation players have immediately ahead.
