Metaphor: ReFantazio Gets New Switch 2 Trailer Ahead of November Launch

Atlus has released a new trailer for Metaphor: ReFantazio on Nintendo Switch 2 ahead of its November 12, 2026 launch. Pre-orders for the Switch 2 version are open.

The trailer offers another look at the fantasy JRPG on Nintendo’s hardware. The announcement does not specify Switch 2-specific performance, gameplay, or feature differences, nor does it list pricing, editions, or pre-order bonuses.

Metaphor: ReFantazio comes from the creative team behind Persona 3, Persona 4, and Persona 5. Its story sends players into a royal tournament to fight for the throne and the future.

Combat blends turn-based battles with real-time action, while Archetype powers provide options for customizing the party. A free demo is also available, with its save data carrying over to the full game.
