SUNNY SIDE UP has rolled out the official launch trailer for Little Witch in the Woods, celebrating the pixel-art fantasy RPG’s transition into its full 1.0 release across Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
The two-minute trailer showcases apprentice witch Ellie’s arrival in a remote wilderness outpost, setting up both her magical training and the daily rhythms of village life. Gameplay footage details Ellie foraging woodland ingredients, consulting eccentric townsfolk like the ram-horned village elder, and gliding across forest canopies atop her broomstick.
Key gameplay sequences highlight the game’s hands-on crafting and exploration loops. At her cottage cauldron, Ellie manages ladle timing and hearth heat gauges during an active brewing mini-game to concoct custom draughts, including a Weed Terminator Potion that summons a buoyant plant spirit upon completion. The footage also balances cozy slice-of-life pastimes—such as lake fishing and soaking alongside forest creatures in outdoor hot springs—with dungeon expeditions that require solving glowing runic mechanisms and planetary orrery puzzles.
Following its multi-year early access run, Little Witch in the Woods is available now digitally on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Cloud, and Nintendo Switch.
