En Masse Entertainment has finally confirmed that their MMORPG Tera will be coming to consoles. The game was first released for PC in 2011 and a console version was heavily requested by users from those platforms. The developer has finally granted their wish.
The PC version of the game has attracted over 25 million players and the console version should attract even more gamers. The MMORPG should remain free-to-play for the console versions also. However, the developer hasn’t confirmed this just yet.
There is currently no release date for Tera on console but the developer has stated that it will be released this year. Interested players can sign up for the Closed Beta here. The website allows Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players to sign-up to the Closed Beta. Unsurprisingly, there’s no word on a Nintendo Switch version of the game.
En Masse Entertainment will release more information about the console version of the game very soon. We will provide you with updates as the developers release more news.
