Resident Evil 7 DLC has finally been released for Xbox One and PC

The PlayStation 4 exclusivity has finally expired for the Resident Evil 7 expansions.

Both DLC is now available for the Xbox One and PC versions of the game. The DLC being released today for these two platforms are the Banned Footage DLC’s which include a variety of scenario missions.

Banned Footage Volume 1 contains two scenarios and a new mode called “Ethan Must Die”. Volume 2 contains two new scenarios including one named the Daughters Scenario which is a prequel to the game. The second expansion also contains a new mode called “Jack’s 55th Birthday”. This new mode is much more comical in nature.

Xbox One and PC players who own the season pass should be able to download and play the new content today. An additional story mode has also been confirmed to be coming. Details about this new story episode are currently unknown. Capcom will release more information about the upcoming story episode in the future.
