Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is expanding its Xbox footprint on November 18, 2026, when it launches for Xbox on PC. The game is already available on Xbox Series X|S, but the PC release brings Xbox Play Anywhere support with it.
That means players can access Twisted Reflection across Xbox Series X|S, Windows 11 PCs and compatible handheld gaming devices at no additional cost. Save data, achievements, additional game content and other progress will carry between supported devices, allowing a campaign started on console to continue elsewhere without starting over.
The important detail here is not simply another PC release, but the shared entitlement and progression attached to it. Xbox Play Anywhere makes the November launch a practical upgrade for existing Xbox players who also use a Windows 11 PC or compatible handheld, rather than a separate version isolated from their console progress.
The announcement arrives as Monster Hunter Stories celebrates its 10th anniversary on October 8. Xbox is also putting Monster Hunter Stories and Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin into Free Play Days from October 22 through October 25, giving players a four-day window with the earlier games before Twisted Reflection reaches Xbox on PC.
Meanwhile, DLC Side Story: Rudy is available now. It is included at no additional cost for owners of the Deluxe Edition, Premium Deluxe Edition or Deluxe Kit. With that side story already live and Xbox on PC joining the supported lineup next month, Twisted Reflection’s November 18 update is chiefly about making the game and its progress portable across Xbox’s console, PC and handheld ecosystem.
