The second season of For Honor will be getting underway soon. Ubisoft has revealed that they plan to launch Season Two at the start of May while the next heroes will be coming later.
The biggest addition coming to the game is the new playable heroes and the two new maps. The two new heroes are the Centurion and the Shinobi. The Centurion seems to be a hybrid of the Vanguard and Assassin classes while the Shinobi seems to be an Assassin. Details on these two classes are still very limited however.
Ubisoft revealed Season 2 with a CGI trailer which you can see below. This trailed is called “Shadow and Might” and features both the new heroes however, it doesn’t show anything useful.
The description for the trailer confirms that two new maps will be coming to the game. In addition to this, there will be more customization options coming this season. Ubisoft hasn’t revealed much information about these two new maps but they’re called “Forge” and “Temple Garden”.
As expected, the new heroes will be released to Season Pass holders first. They will be getting access to them on May 16th and will have one week early access to the class. Other players will be able to purchase the new heroes from May 23rd, one week later. It’s currently unknown when the new maps will be added to the game however, it’s thought they will be released around the same time.
More information on Season Two will slowly be released over the next few weeks as the release date approaches. We will update you as we learn more about it.
For Honor was released earlier this year on February 14th for PC, Xbox One and PS4. Season Two will be launching for all platforms in May and the new heroes will be arriving in the game on the 16th.
