It’s the start of the month once again and that means that Xbox Live Gold subscribers can pick up new free games. This month includes a range of great games for both Xbox One and the Xbox 360. Star Wars fans should be especially pleased with the game picks this month. Fans of Telltale Games should also be happy to see The Walking Dead on the list of free games to download this month.

Xbox One

  • Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams – Director’s Cut
  • Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris
  • The Walking Dead: Season Two

Both the Giana Sisters and The Walking Dead games are currently free to download. Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams will be free to download for the entire month until May 31st. However, The Walking Dead: Season Two will be leaving Games with Gold on May 15th. It will then be replaced by Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris which will then be available until next month.

Xbox 360

This month is Star Wars themed so fans of the universe should be pleased with these two games

  • Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II
  • Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga

The Force Unleashed will be available until the 15th then the Lego Star Wars game will take over. As a bonus to Xbox One owners this month, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II is in the Backwards Compatibility program and can be played on the Xbox One console also.
