The month is drawing to a close, and new game deals are right around the corner. Sony is offering a solid group of free titles for PlayStation owners and TV fans alike.

PS Plus

July is Game of Thrones Month for many TV viewers, as the show’s 7th season is premiering on HBO on July 16th. Sony knows we’re all on the edge of our seats waiting, and they’re giving us Telltale’s Game of Thrones on PS4 to hold us over. Like all of Telltale’s games, Game of Thrones comes in episodic installments, and PS Plus members get all six for free this month.

The other PS4 game on July’s lineup is Until Dawn, a PlayStation exclusive survival horror adventure from Supermassive Games. You can play as each of the eight friends who are trapped on a remote mountain together and must withstand their fear to make it through the terrifying nights. All your choices have consequences, which will branch into a unique storyline of survival — or maybe the opposite.

The full list of July’s free titles is below.

PS Plus July 2017 Lineup

  • Until Dawn – PS4
  • Game of Thrones – PS4
  • Tokyo Jungle – PS3
  • Darkstalkers Resurrection – PS3
  • Element4l – PS Vita
  • Don’t Die, Mr. Robot – PS Vita (Cross Buy on PS4)

Additionally, from July 4th through October 24th, all PS Plus members can get That’s You for free in celebration of PlayLink’s launch. PlayLink is a new platform for multiplayer party games that runs via a smartphone app and a PS4. Your phones or tablets act as a control device, while the game is played on the TV like normal.

Are you excited to snag any of these games free of charge? Let us know in the comments!

Mischa McGill

Mischa grew up with video games and still has a deep love for many - especially fun, colorful RPGs. Some of her favorites include Pokémon, Animal Crossing, Pikmin, Fantasy Life, Kingdom Hearts, Skyrim, Civilization V, and Stardew Valley. She loves nights in with her boyfriend cooking Mexican food, watching Studio Ghibli movies, and going head-to-head in their favorite games. Mischa might not beat you in Super Smash Bros, but she owns a replica of Arwen’s sword and Hermione’s wand, so... don’t rub it in too much.
