PlayStation Plus Essential Adds Four Games on September 1

Sony has announced four games for September’s PlayStation Plus Essential line-up, breaking from the usual three-game monthly offering.

As reported by KitGuru Hardware, the line-up was revealed through the PlayStation Blog and will become available on September 1.

Sniper Elite: Resistance — PS5, PS4
MLB The Show 26 — PS5
Wobbly Life — PS5, PS4
Chained Echoes — PS4

KitGuru notes that Wobbly Life launched in 2025 and currently carries an “Overwhelmingly Positive” Steam rating.

Subscribers have until September 1 to add the outgoing PlayStation Plus games—Big Walk, Dying Light 2, and Signalis—to their libraries, according to the report.
