Star Wars Battlefront and Need for Speed: Most Wanted are also on the way.
Origin Access is the PC version of EA Access on the Xbox One. For those of you who don’t know, here’s the deal: For a small monthly subscription fee of $5 USD, you can join Access to get, well, access to a ton of great games and discounts. Members get to play new and upcoming EA games weeks ahead of launch, get a 10% discount on anything in the Origin store, and more.
The biggest appeal is in the Origin Access Vault. The Vault contains full versions of some of EA’s greatest hits. Games like the Mass Effect trilogy, Need for Speed: Rivals, Titanfall, Dragon Age Inquisition, Battlefield 4 and more can be played in full for no extra cost. As long as you have an Access membership, you can play any Vault game whenever you want. Sounds pretty sweet, right?
It’s about to get even sweeter. Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst, Star Wars Battlefront, and Need for Speed Most Wanted are all headed to the Origin Access Vault very soon. We don’t know the exact date that these games will be added, but they’re already being advertised on Origin’s site.
