Hanger 13 has announced that Mafia 3 will be getting several new story expansions. While not all of the details have been announced so far, the developer has provided some information about them.

The first DLC is “Faster, Baby!” which has the player work with Roxy Laveau to take down a corrupt sheriff. The corrupted cop has been terrorizing Civil Right activists and is set in a new zone which players will be able to explore. This DLC is expected for a March release date.

“Stones Unturned” will add some more backstory to the games protagonist and marks the arrival of a new rival. Lincoln will need to work with a CIA officer to finish a battle that begun in Vietnam. This expansion is due for release later this year in May.

The final DLC however, is “Sign of the Times” which follows Lincoln as a cult moves into town. Lincoln is recruited by Father James to look into a series of ritualistic killings before being dragged into the fight to stop this new group. According to Hanger 13, the final story DLC will be released in July.

Hanger 13 will release more details at a later date for each of these upcoming expansions.
