Developer Thunder Lotus Games is giving away one of their past games to celebrate the launch of their new one. Sundred is a “replayable metroidvania” game and will be releasing on July 28th later this month.

To tide players over until then, the developer is making Jotun free for the next few days. The Norse mythology game puts players in control of Thora, a viking warrior who died during battle and must prove herself to the Gods. She must explore Norse Purgatory to find runes which are used to unleash the Jotun. After this, she must defeat the vicious elementals.

Jotun is also releasing on GOG for the first time ever. Just like with Steam, the game will be free to download and keep for the next few days. Here are the download links for the game:

  • Steam
  • GOG

The game will remain free to download and keep until July 17th at 12pm ET.
