Play Dragon Quest Builders TONIGHT!

Dragon Quest Builders

If you’re a Dragon Quest fan I have some good news. If you’re a Minecraft fan I have some great news. If you love both of those games, you’re going to want to go ahead and open the PlayStation Store immediately. Dragon Quest Builders, the open-world sandbox RPG, has a free demo available right now for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.

If you’re like me and you just can’t wait to get your hands on this game, there’s a good chance that you already made a Japanese PSN account and downloaded the Japanese demo long ago. You had no idea what was going on, but you cherished every moment of it. Now you can finally play the dang game in English before it comes out on October 11 in North America, and October 13 in Australia and New Zealand.

“In this introductory chapter of the game, fans can explore a large open island, restore a town and battle hordes of monsters all while completing exciting quests.” The demo should give you a fair taste of what you can expect in the full version – just enough to whet your appetite. It’s also very modest in size, weighing in at under 700MB on the PS4. Give it a shot and see what you think; I have a feeling that you’ll love it. To get you pumped up, enjoy this new trailer:
