So the Star Wars Battlefront II Beta will require at least 15 GB of space regardless of the resolution and FPS you’ll be playing at. This information from EA also doesn’t confirm what resolution the minimum settings are designed for.
EA also confirms that all progress made in the beta will not carry forwards to the full game. Exactly what we had expected. In addition to this, there’s no pre-loading the Beta for PC users. Which is bad news for those with slow internet or an inconsistent connection.
The Open Beta will be free and open to everyone from October 6th. If you pre-ordered the game then you’ll be able to access the game from October 4th, two days early. The Beta will officially run until the 9th for all players who try out the Star Wars Battlefront II Beta. This includes those who pre-ordered the game.
There’s still no news on what languages will be available during the Beta but EA should be announcing these very soon.
