Resident Evil 7 Biohazard Season Pass Revealed

Developer Capcom has just confirmed that their upcoming horror action game will have a Season Pass. The DLC for the game will be released before the end of the year providing a steady timeline for their release dates.

The exact details on the DLC hasn’t been revealed but a rough description has been released. The Season Pass for the game is now available on the Resident Evil 7 Steam page with limited details.

The details confirm that there will be Seven additional chapters coming to the game. The additional chapters seem to be split into three different sets with two of them being called “volumes”.

The first two volumes are made up of three episodes each while the final chapter is currently untitled. All of the titles suggest that the Resident Evil 7 DLC is purely story based and will add several hours of new gameplay.

While Capcom has decided to reveal some information about the Season Pass, there are still plenty of unknown details. The Steam Store page doesn’t reveal how much the Season Pass will cost individually.

The Deluxe Edition of the game will cost around $90 which suggests the Season Pass could cost over $30 when bought separately. There’s no way for knowing this for certain however and Capcom should release the pricing details soon.

It’s also worth noting that the Season Pass is not refundable. Players won’t be able to get a refund for their purchase even without downloading any of the content. This seems to be a strange move from Capcom and it’s uncertain if this applies to other versions of the game also.
