The Pokken Tournament DX demo will be launching tonight/tomorrow for Nintendo Switch players. Nintendo announced the demo earlier this week and stated it would be available soon on Twitter. Looks like the cryptic tweet from the Pokemon account was true.
Americans can download the trial starting 9pm PT / 12am ET tonight. However, the free trial will be going live tomorrow for the European eShop. There is currently no known start time for EU Switch owners. Japanese players on the other hand can already download it from the eShop and start playing.
We don’t currently know how long the demo is or what Pokemon are currently available to fight with. This will be revealed sooner rather than later however once more players begin to download the demo.
Pokken Tournament DX will be releasing on September 22nd next month. It features all 16 fighters from the Wii U version of the game in addition to five new contestants.
