Red Barrels has finally announced the release date for the console version of their upcoming horror game.
Outlast II will be released on April 25th next month for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
It’s the highly anticipated sequel to their 2013 horror game. The game was originally due for release last year but the developers confirmed it was delayed to 2017. The release date for Outlast II is finally almost here.
The developers have also announced that a special collectors edition will be released. Outlast Trinity is the physical collectors edition of the Outlast series. It contains the original game, the Whistleblower DLC and Outlast II.
Red Barrels hasn’t announced what else will be included in the Outlast Trinity. The price of the collector’s edition hasn’t been confirmed yet. Hopefully the developer will clear this up soon and we will update you when they do.
The digital and physical versions of the game will both be released on April 25th next month.
