A new Injustice 2 trailer has just been released and the developers have confirmed the addition of another character. Cyborg will be joining the fight.

The new trailer reveals some new backstory for Superman. It explains how his team are rising to power once again and why they’re a threat to Earth. The new video is “Shattered Alliances Part 1” and a second part should be released by NeatherRealm Studios. The developer hasn’t released any hints about when this next video will be released.

Cyborg is best known for being a Teen Titan however he’s become popular in recent years for being a founding member of the Justice League. He was also featured in the previous Injustice game so his appearance is not very surprising.

NeatherRealm Studios will be releasing the new Injustice game in May. The developer is expected to reveal more characters over the next few months. So far, only a handful of characters have been confirmed. We will continue to update you as the release day approaches.
