Dead Rising 4 is coming to Steam

Capcom has announced that Dead Rising 4 will be coming to the Steam Store. The publisher has announced that they will be releasing the game next month for Steam.

The publisher has released a new trailer today to commemorate the occasion. It includes some PC centric jokes about the features in the game such as “coagulated blood shaders” that make the blood look more realistic.

The trailer has also arrived with a detailed blog post about the launch. It confirms that pre-orders for Dead Rising 4 will be getting a 20% discount. Anyone who pre-orders the game on Steam will get the game for only $47.99 while the launch price for Dead Rising 4 is $59.99.

The blog post has also announced the “PC weaponry” that players will need to have to run the game.

Dead Rising 4 follows photojournalist Frank West as he returns to Colorado 16 years after the events in the first game. The new game features the classic zombie hoard in addition to some new undead creatures for him to deal with. As a bonus, the para-military organisation in the game and some other survivors are a constant threat to Frank.

The blog post from Capcom and new trailer also confirm the release date for Steam. Dead Rising 4 will be launching next month on March 14th for the Steam Store. While the game is just launching for the Steam Store, Dead Rising 4 was released for Windows 10 last year.

More Microsoft published games are expected to be released for the Steam Store in the future. We will provide you with updates about Dead Rising 4 and other Microsoft published games throughout the year.
