AGDQ 2024 Schedule Offers an Amazing Start

After the traditional pre-show, the AGDQ 2024 schedule starts with an “Any% Unrestricted” speedrun of the darling indie adventure, TUNIC at 12 PM. Things only get more intense and challenging as the day continues, with games like Donkey Kong 64 at 4:50 PM, and insanely fast classic shooters like Ultimate DOOM at 8:55 PM.

Not to worry though, as the first half of the AGDQ 2024 schedule (including Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), features plenty of other amazing speedruns to watch. On Monday, you can get some blue-bomber love with speedruns of Mega Man 3 and Mega Man 8 at 12:25 PM and 1:30 PM. For some wild platforming, don’t miss the “Any% All Skips” speedrun of Only Up! At 8:25 PM.

Tuesday and Wednesday are just as wild, as Tuesday features a slew of classic speedruns, including a glitchless run of the original The Legend of Zelda at 11:50 AM. For something a bit newer, you can watch a 45-minute “Any%” run of Starfield at 4:30 PM. Wednesday features some truly nail-biting stuff, like a “Hardcore No Damage Attempt” run of Resident Evil 2 Remake at 1:20 AM. We highly recommend watching the Monkey Island 1 vs Monkey Island 2 run at 11 AM, as well as the beloved “MST” category speedrun of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time at 7:05 PM. To wrap up Thursday night, dive in deep for a 100% speedrun of DOOM (2016) on Nightmare difficulty, starting at 11:10 PM.

AGDQ 2024 Schedule Reveals a Stellar Second Half

According to the AGDQ 2024 schedule, the fun continues to amp up on Thursday, with the traditional “Awful Games Done Quick” block occupying the early morning. Watch on as runners wreck hilariously goofy games like Sneak King at 2:20 AM, Skull Island: Rise of Kong at 4:40 AM, and more. Later in the evening, you can still indulge in satisfying runs like Super Mario Sunshine (120 Shines) at 2:20 PM, or Halo: Combat Evolved (Co-op) at 9:20 PM.

Friday and Saturday are the biggest days for the AGDQ 2024 schedule, with countless speedruns that are well worth your time. Some of the most popular and most impressive speedruns will be showcased on these premiere days, including Dark Souls at 12:45 PM on Friday. We’re also very excited to see Mario’s newest adventure, Super Mario Bros. Wonder, at 4:40 PM later that evening. Friday night will wrap up with speedruns of the Resident Evil 4 Remake at 6:40 PM, followed by a “100 NMG Relay run” of The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask at 10:50 PM.

The final day of the AGDQ 2024 schedule is absolutely killer, and if you can, we recommend watching as much as possible. We’re especially excited for the Sonic Origins Plus (Anniversary Mode relay) at 9 AM, as well as Lies of P at 3:05 PM. AGDQ 2024 will wrap up with a trio of fantastic runs, including The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Baldur’s Gate 3, and the ever-comfy Final Fantasy V Pixel Remaster.
